Fitness and Bodybuilding

Fitness has become a very important aspect to my health and well being. The older I get the more active I have become and the more I strive for fitness in my life.   A few years ago I injured my arm and had a difficult time working (chopping food – cooking etc.). Besides liver cleansing and many hours spent at my acupuncturist, the solution seemed simple to me. I needed to strengthen the surrounding muscles in my arm by strength and weight training. So I started working at the local gym with free weights and weight machines available. The results after a few months were amazing to me!  I no longer had to make my weekly visits to my acupuncturist because of the pain. I started looker toner and had much more energy than I had expected.
I have continued working out for years now working with a very talented personal trainer.
It’s still very hard work but so rewarding!
